    100 hour service, please advise...

I brought the skis home from the lake where we keep them since they have 114 hours each on them. They are a 2004 RXP and 2005 RXT. Both run perfect. Besides the following can you think of anything else I should inspect and/or replace?

    - SC rebuilt by Jerry
    - Replace carbon ring (both are fine but I figure since the SC's will be out I should replace them)
    - Inspect impeller and flip wear rings
    - Oil change
    - New plugs

    Anything else I should do?

You might want to consider checking the pump bearings for excessive play, and replace the pump seals... both front & rear.

How would I going about checking the play? Which are the front and back seals? Pics?

Have the wear rings ever been replaced or are they original? I would just buy new ones, they aren't that expensive.

About 75 or 80 hours. I plan on just flipping it around.

Any idea how to check the pump seals and bearings?

    Re: 100 Hour Service

Pull your batteries and check the electrolyte levels!!! Bring level to upper mark with distilled water if needed.
