    1994 Sea Doo help!

I have a problem with my 94 SP not wanting to start. If I poor a mixture into the carb the thing starts right up, however other wise it will not start. I took the advice i was given and replaced all the gray fuel hose with new hose, and i got nothing, I then replaced the fuel selector and still nothing. I then pulled apart the carb and found the diaphragm was rotted away and i replaced that wishing I had finally fixed my problem i still got no start. If anyone could help me get this thing running again it would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to GH! did you pull the little screen in the carb? if you didnt thats probably your problem. if its not that you may have a plugged vent line. try starting it with the gas cap off. if it fires thats your problem

if the diaphram was rotted then the carb probably needs a rebuild, the needle valve is probably shot along with all the the rubber components in the carb..

I did pull the whole carb apart and had purchased a carb rebuild kit but half the gaskets were the wrong size. I used the new diaphragm and most other new parts only the plastic type gaskets and rubber that went with them on the diaphragms opposite side were not used. I did replace the little screen and just tried starting it with the gas cap off and still a no go. Where could I find the appropriate carb rebuild kit if that would be the issue and what else could you recommend to fix the issue

You may have a clogged pulse line. Use a pipe cleaner to clear it or a WD-40 straw.
