Riva 2 degree pump wedge question

Just curious what everyones opinion is on this. Is this a worthwhile mod? Have an 04 RXP with Riva grate, ride plate holes fill, nose cone removed, reverse bucket trimmed and soon-4" intake and 14/19R. Just wondering if the pump wedge is worth it, or more specifically are there noticable gains with this mod?
Once I finish the intake and 14/19R install I am not sure what to do next. RE blocks off are definitely on the "to do" list, but that is a winter project.

I like most that used it, Did not like it until I added the Riva VTS extension rod. Then I absolutly loved the wedge. So I would say for sure it is a great mod with the rod.

It cost me a little speed but the handling improvement in chop is outstanding. I really like mine. I used a 2.25 on my GTX couch.

    North,
If you are planning RE blockoffs. The wedge is a MUST HAVE! easy 1mph gain minimum. and like water4fire said, get the extension rod as well.

The rod made a ton of difference for me, really improved my hole shot and ability to hook up fast without the nose being too high, minimizing the potential for bounce.

Dude you need a rod. You will love it. It gets rid of that unhooking bounce when you take off hard from a stand still.
