    03 gp1300 blew up

Hi everyone i'm new to this website but i'm looking for some ideas someone might have or maybe some one has experienced the same problem i did this weekend... So I was out cruising around not beating it up and all of a sudden I lost all power from my engine and it sounded like the engine blew. So I took the seat off to find out that a spark plug busted in half and the base of the plug was loose so I took the plug out to find the piston hit the plug, so i removed the head yesterday and the piston and cylinder wall is ruined... I'm just wondering if it's a connecting rod bearing or just a wrist pin? Anyone have any similar experiences? Also I'm considering dropping a good used motor into the ski so if any body has one please let me know or if you know someone that does a good job rebuilding these engines in NNJ. Thanks

Nobody can tell what is wrong with your engine until you pull it apart and look for yourself.
