    Broken Screws from Intake Grate

I have a 1996 Seadoo HX & two of the screws that hold the intake grate to the hull & drive plate broke off while trying to remove them. What's the best way to remove them. They broke off where I can grab them with anything. Thx

You need to buy/purchase a set of small sizes easyout bitts. First, apply heat to the screw, that will take care of the red locktie. Second, drill a small hole in the middle of the screws start slow to make room for the easyout bitt. I hope this will help you..........

can you get to them from inside the hull? I think i remember this happening to a GSXL i onced owned. If i remember correctly the threads come through the hull and were covered in silicon.
