Top speed for 2001 Virage TX?
Getting about 59 mph @ 6730 rpm. Just curious if this is normal or should I expect a bit more? How do you check pump condition and/or wear?

How are you checking your speed?
The on-board display is not 100% accurate. You must use a GPS to read an accurate speed.
On GPS, a well running Virage should reach right around 60mph, give or take.
Your RPM is close to normal, 6700-6900 is the common range.
You check the pump by inspecting for damage or excess blade clearance to the wear ring.
If you ride in salt water, you should be removing the jet pump every season to lubricate the drive splines, and inspect the jet pump blades and bearings at the same time.
