    BPR9ES

Notice my manual calls for NGK BPR9ES plugs. I has BR9ES plugs currently installed. What is the difference and should I be concerned.

    Thanks
    Alan

Yes, the P stands for projected tip. The big question should be...does it make a real difference??? Anyone tried both and have any noticable differences in the BR vs the BPR plugs?

It has been suggested the projected tip directs heat away from the piston and can help prevent burn downs. Can anyone further explain this if it is correct?

I been doing lots of camping, and hanging out at the lake. And riding Julie's ski. I guess you could say I have been a bit of a beach bum lately.
