    RPM Tool

Anyone have a RPM tool they use? Or do I have to buy a Tiny Tac? Trying to find a tool to test engine RPM's at idle.

Just invest in a TinyTach or Pet2100, you won't regret it. Getting some sort of aftermarket tachometer is really the only way to accurately monitor engine speed throughout the rev range. If you get a tinytach, make sure to get the 'commercial' version as it has a max rpm recall feature which the 'standard' model does not have.

    Not too expensive at $65

I like that Pet2100 to bad its 200 clams. The only thing I don't like about the tinytach is the battery is not replaceable, what kinda crap is that! Guess thats my only option though.
