Looking for experienced welder (peice is cast aluminum)

In the process of rebuilding the engine in my XLT 1200 (66V). Somehow broke the mount for the idle adjustment screw off. Pictures attached.

Doesnt look like too big of a deal, the area is not load bearing, the only hiccup I can expect is that the peice is cast aluminum. From the little I know about welding, the only way to PROPERLY weld cast aluminum is with a TIG machine.

I don't mind shipping the peice to you, just want to make sure it's done right.

    Anyone capable and willing?
