Spec Questions SL 750
Just wondering if anyone can tell me how much to torque the jug and head nuts down to. Also the factory settings for the high and low carb screws. My ski is a 1995 SL 750.

These are stock setting with the blue cover in place and the black snokel on the carbs.
If you have modifications on the ski, like Flame Arrestors . you may need to adjust the highs to a different jet size.
make sure to take off the blue caps first off the highs. pull them off with pliers to get acess to the high speed screws.. the lows are below the highs on the carbs. idle screw is located at end of throttle rail with a metal tee on it.. adjust idle in the water warmed up after you set your highs and lows..
youll need a very short screwdriver to adjust the highs..

18 ft-lbs on the heads, 28ft-lbs on the base nuts
1 mag 1/2 center 3/4 pto on the highs
1/2 turn out on the lows..
idle-- 1200-1300 rpms.
10-18 psi on the pop off pressure.
main jet #90 ---- pilot jet #75
