    Water in #3 cylinder GP1300R

New to this forum and thanks in advance for advice. Just picked up this 04 GP1300R that runs rough with no power on the water. Removed the plugs and found #3 cylinder very clean and the plug was wet with water. I own my own auto repair shop but no nothing about Waverunners. Has anyone run into this before? How should I proceed to find the source of the water in the cylinder? Was not flushed prior to this problem and compression is 130 in all 3 cylinders.

I'd start with pulling the head and looking for signs of a bad head gasket.
