RXPX and through hull exhaust ic stock or move?

Before I drill my hull, do I need to move the IC from the stock location with a RIVA relocation or is it fine where its at for now? My OPAS is gone so thats not a issue, but now that its hot I dont want to be down if I drill the hull and it wont work, plus I would rather wait for winter to move it.

I think you can do it without relocation if you do it like JP has pictured here.
