    Polaris Octane who's bidding?

I want to buy the octane on e-bay from New Jersey,

If I am succesfull, does any one know of a decent freight company that will ship it?

I don't need door to door, I can pick up from a terminal in Houston,

    thanks,

Just what I need to add to the fleet or armada,
They let 10 year olds race in region 5 here on the stand ups, my son is 11 and he is getting the bug,
They let them race stock skis, I thing that one is good for a first stock ski,

You can try John at Unishippers for the shipping.

Not sure an Octane is a good first ski for a 10 yr old. 100 HP and almost 60 MPH.

I would definately agree that an Octane would be a difficult first ski to try. With that being said, I wouldn't let that stop me from getting it. I have had my eye open for an Octane for quite some time now. I consider it my dream ski.

Yes... but running fast, on a nice stable hull is a totally different experience.

I've been playing with stand-ups since before the sit-downs were really available. On a modified ski... just letting off the throttle after a 45 mph blast can send you over the bars. (decell is hard to deal with when you can't squeeze a seat with your legs) Right now, I've sold off all my mod'ed skis, and I have one lonely stock Superjet in the fleet.

BUT... I hope you get it... and I'm sure an 11 year old will have no problem picking up on how to ride one.

    Good luck with the bidding.

What....isn't the water soft? It shouldn't hurt too bad, it's just water. Divers hit the water at over 60mph on a high jump.....just don't bellyflop!!!
