Best way to find an electrical short on a trailer?

I have a fairly new Load Rite 2 place PWC trailer that has a short in the running lights, and keeps blowing fuses in the tow vehicle.
The brake and turn signals work, but the side markers don't, I've moved all the wires that I can see and nothing seems to be pinched,
what's the best way to track it down?

Use an ohm meter, and check all the wiring for continuity to ground. If your running lights are blowing the fuse, and the brake & turn signals work fine... your brown trailer wire is shorted to ground somewhere, or you have a grounded running light on the trailer somewhere.

Found the gremlin, side marker light had corroded and grounded out.
Replaced both sided with LED's, problem solved!
    Thanks for the help!
