IC's in GPRXPs
I figure I will install the intercooler on the opposite side of the waterbox. But does anyone make a bracket to hold the IC in place in that area? Or any suggestions on making one? I was thinking of making an aluminum plating where I can put to straps on it, rivet it to the hull, then strap the intercooler in. Looking for other ideas as well, so what you got or done?

I mounted a flat plate on the bottom attached to the raised bosses then attached the IC to it them added a bracket to the front top riveted to the hull.

If you are using an XS style to be afraid to use their mounting points. The straps can be a pita sometimes.

Beerdart to the rescue again, you got pics cause not understanding the top bracket to the hull rivot part. The plate sounds like a good plan on the bottom.
M - I didn't understand you either, be afraid or not?
I am using the XS one from silicones on the web.

I used a flat plate and bolted it in to the stock midwall mounts... The i drilled into the nub in the hull behind the midwall and put a nutsert in th nub to bolt down the bottom mount. For the top mount I bent a piece of aluminum in a L shape and drilled and added nutserts into the inner hull there as well... These are the only pics i have....
