Rxp seat number plate on 2009 and up??

Will be selling my 06 rxp soon and looking to get a 09 or 10 model rxp, I love the rear seat number plate. Would it fit on the new rxp? Anyone tried it?

IIRC the 08 has the attachment points for the seat plate, so I wouldnt think Sea Doo would eliminate it on the 10, they just dropped the seat plate, as most people took them off any way.

+1... I rode with that stupid thing only one time & yanked it off after the first ride! That damn thing kept pinching my ass cheeks ... It's also very hard to ride with it on when standing up riding the chop!

Your right on it hurting the legs when it's choppy out but other than that I love it, so anyone out there with a 2010 that has tried to mount one?

I rather ride with it. Im also only 5'8 so im short lol.... Never had a problem with it and i find it easyer to get back on the ski when doing supermans. Only issue i have is i have to take it off when i use the cover as 07+ covers arent made to fit with it on.

Yeah I love them they are great, so have you tried fitting an 06 rxp cover on your 07?

The 215 RXP seat plastic shroud will mount on any RXP-X but as the seat foam is a different profile there is a gap under the foam in the shroud.

Needs to be spaced up with a piece of EVA style closed cell foam.

I fitted one one my 09X with no problems. There is a very small gap on front side but it's not too noticeable. I'm getting rid of mine since I have a new seat cover.
