I need advise.
HI, I have a 2008 RXT 215, 4" air intake, 14-17r prop, plate holes filled. I just installed a RR wheel, now It pulls up to 3/4 thotle, after 3/4 thotle no acceleration no increase in RPM's. It basicly sits at 7960 RPM. I am quessing it needs more fuel. I have 42# injecters and will install them this week. By the way all riding done at 1500 ft ELEVATION.
Why doesn't it accelerate beyond 3/4 thotle?
Thanks for all help...bob

What you describe is what it's like to be on the rev limiter with throttle left to go, except you're not at 8100/8150. I suggest you fully inspect your throttle cable/throttle body to make sure it's all functioning properly.

If the weather is warm there, the RPM drops to about this.
Maybe nothing wrong with it.

Ok, the elevation is 1500ft above sea level, air temp 82, water temp 79, low humidity....

That will be it.
RPM drops as low as 7780 on one of my skis in similar conditions.
Ride and enjoy the Summer restriction.!!

2 RXP's of my own, plus many through business.
One set to pull 70, the other is all-out everything. The list is what hasn't it got.
The STD one is for all-day riding, which I suppose the other is too, but too much power makes it un-comfortable in the rough.
Weather is a little cold here, but great for getting set-up ready for the new season.....
