    Sponsons?

What sponsons are better [email protected] or riva? I am looking to start doing more closed course racing and i need to improve on handling as well as cornering.

For what ski and with what mods? Sponsons are a completely personal preference thing. It's whatever you like the feel of better. I don't know many that have liked the Riva sponsons at all. Feedback on the R&D sponsons was better early on, but now people seem to be moving away from them to ones that are more adjustable. Just run a search, in the Yamaha 4-stroke section, search titles only, and use keyword sponson. More threads than you will even want to read.

If someone will buy my Riva sponsons, I will be getting the Macc racing ones. The JD1 sponsons are nice but no longer available.

I prefer to order through Jerry's store and they are no longer available for sale. Thanks though!

My Macc sponsons were delivered about an hour ago. I'll have them on the water this weekend. Quality looks first rate, if there are any fitment issues on my FZS I'll know early tomorrow & will post back.

If you race closed course, go with Worx sponsons or contact the Deans team. If you rec ride, leave them stock or go Macc. I heard from a reliable source that over 1 mph gains were made from just the macc sponsons.
