Utra 260X vs Seadoo and Yamaha SHO

So besides all of the fun riding my SKI I have met a lot of great people, here and at my dock. One guy has a Seadoo 255 HP Turbocharged and a women has a Yamaha SHO. Who's top dog? She was claiming her Yamaha hits 80, which I find hard to believe.I don't believe there are any mods. She mentioned something about the SHO engine in an '09 hull? But, I doubt that means much. There are a few more Yamaha's and Seadoo's on the dock, and I'm the only Kawasaki.

rough water the ultra winds hands down... the seadoo is supercharged not turbocharged. depends on if its an rxt-x or an rxp-x. is the yamaha an fx-sho or an fzr/s?

    each has there own niche....

I'll have to get back to you, he said he was turbocharged on the Seadoo. I believe the Yamaha is a FX-SHO.

Based on some of the images I looked up it must be a RXP-X. It looks like it has a higher top end at 71+?

    I would say: flat water 1. 255 rxp-x 2. SHO 3. 260x
    Rough water: the other way

i've raced and beat both the rxp-x 255 and the rxp 255 in flat and chop!

i've also been beaten by the same rxp-x 255 in flat once... it's so close!

However, in the chop it's a different story.
