    gpr 1200 vs 1300 porting

Do they 1200 and 1300 cylinders share the same porting. My point-if you bought a sleeve for a 1300 would the ports physically line up in the 66v cylinder?

1200 cylinders have more aggresive ports than the 1300 it will not line up.

By the time you buy 1300 sleeves and pay someone to install them, you might as well just bore your 1200 cylinders and have them replated...Cost will be very close, and you'll have better results.
