    Do 08 super charger washers???

Do 08 super charge metal washers explode like the old ceramic washers? How do I know? My 08 RXPX, just started acting like my 06 when the washers broke on it. It only goes about 45 and wont rev out.
    Thanks

Pull the SCer first. If a washer is missing, plan on pulling the engine, cleaning it out and replacing the timing chain.

161 hours on my 2008 T-X, and I had the stock washers replace, with stock washers, at 100 hour-per manufacturers recommendations. Never had a problem, and the measure slip even at 100 hour was still well within spec.

Why?? never even ridden a PX, so I have no clue. I beat the hell out of my boat. I usually ride it around the buoy course here for hours and hours.

The P-X tends to come out of the water much more often, when you come out of the water and land when on the throttle its working the supercharger clutch much more making it more prone to abuse which leads to failure........ I own both a P and T ski and the P comes out of the water and unhooked over chop 10X's easier than the T ski....... nothing you can do about it, its just the way it is.
