    hydroturf, what a pain!

it's so hard getting all the old glue off the old mats and around the edges.

Don't know if it matters but I'm trying to get 100% of all the glue off

acetone, toothbrush, and coarse rags are your best friends.

I ripped as much turf off as I could, then soaked the spot in an acetone soaked rag. Sometimes I laid 2 or 3 rags on there and let it sit while I worked on another area. Used a paint scraper and went to town. Enjoy the scraping.

I found a can of carbo-sol at work one day. no msds, so it had to go. Used it this spring on 3 skis and all i can say is wow. spray on, wipe off.

It is old school dry cleaning fluid. nasty stuff, but it works!

I'm not even sure if it is still available. If i come across the chemical mane i'll post it later.

Brake cleaner, MEK, and gasoline worke pretty well too. MEK, for the record is slow evaporating acetone more or less, and i found it at ace.
