Update, Polaris Sl 750 stil wont work?

Hey Guys .. as postet i have a Polaris sl750 93, i have been trough hell with it,

    These are Threads about it.
    http://www.greenhulk.net/forums/sear...earchid=109291

I have the same problem since i started, the problem is that i will not rev up, it will do it some times when i am turning back and forward on the On/Off Valve or setting it in between on and of,

i have tried to correct it, but nothing seams to work.
When i bypass the fuel shut off valve, it is not possible to get i to rev up.

    these things are done..

    - New 3 way fuel pump + New fuel lines + filter and so on. line added to each carb.
    - Fuel valve checked. it works
    - "New"/ used Carbs + Rebuild + standard carb adjustments
    - Vent system is also checked,
    - Cyllinders /pistons are fine,

As i wrote some weeks ago the black wire burned, it was my own fault because of the battery cover, that is now also fixed,The blackwire burned the hole way from electrical box to the stator, all 7 cables i know replaced with a isolated "7 in one cable" as i think it is a much better solution.

The engine start in first try every time and runs smooth idle
i took i out for a spin but i still have the same problem even after all these modifications, i have know concluded that my mechanical expertise is not enough to sort it out. please help me guys,

How can the enigne be affected when i turn on the fuel On/off vavle ? and why is it only running bad when i bypass it?

Check your timing, does it advance when you accelerate?
What is your fuel pressure before the fuel restrictor going back to the tank (inbetween the carbs and restrictors)?

I will try checking the timing again, but how can it be timing when it rev up some times?

I dont have a restrictor on? dose it afect it?

My concern is the wiring melt down, possible CDI damage.
Is it hitting on all 3 cylinders, maybe you have an ignition failure under load-close your gap to .024 just for giggles.

If you have no fuel flow or correct pressure you could experience a power loss.

You could have a couple issues but until you know each segment of your engine management system is in good working order you're just spinning your wheels.

What are the RPM's you achieve when it revs up verus when you have no power/speed?
Sure would like a picture of how you have the fuel pump and carbs plumbed.
Did you verify the pulse line is in good working order (no kink, cuts etc. and that the line is clear.
The location of the pump is also important as you don't want fuel/oil filling the pulse line and restricting fuel pump action.

Pulse line is working ,I have tried with both a 12 volt pump and the 3 way pentagun pump,'

But it is a lot easier to get i running good, when the 12 volt pump is atached, it a bit harder with the pentagun pump,,

Fuel flow is high and with the electrical under a constant pressure of 0,26 Bar that is the recommended under full load,

    How do i check rpms?

all there sparks are hitting, it has nothing to do with the melt down because this problem was the same i had before it melted, and how could it be possible that the performance can be altered with the on/off vavle?

Could it be spark plug related? when it is some times it work?

I don't care how much pressure or volume you're putting to those carbs, you need to keep it in the carbs.

WHAT is your fuel pressure measured between the carb rack return line and the restrictor going back to the tank?

    ..

i will try mesuring it soon,

    33 ohms = full

    240 ohms = empty
