Any tips on reinstalling finger throttle on an Ultra 150?
I had to replace the throttle cable on my 2005 Ultra 150 recently. When removing the original cable, I had to remove the pin holding the finger throttle to the bracket. In doing so, a small "return" spring came out. It's easy to determine which way the spring goes back in, but it seems almost impossible to fit the finger throttle over the bracket with the return spring inserted. Being that the finger throttle is a hard plastic, I do not want to spread it apart and break it. Any tips would be appreciated.
