    Seadoo XP 800 Performance

    Hi guys,

I need some help on a 96 Xp, because i am looking to buy one. I would like to know what Ride plate, intake grate, head, filters, prop, the lot etc..... What is the best setup?

Thanks because i havent looked into this much and a list of the best parts would be great. I would like it to handle well in the rough but i would love it to carve the flat water.

    Thanks Nick....

how much you trying to spend?

to heavily mod this ski you will need a fair amount of $$$

otherwise buy Proks arrestors, jet kit, finger trigger, & trims tabs.....

i thought trim tabs slow you down? they just keep you in the water more?

Depends on how much money you want to spend and what you want to do with it. are you into closed course type of riding, top end, bottom end, or hard rec riding?

I would only spend up to $1500Aus and i ride in mostly flat water but it does get choppy. I want to have top speed but dont want to sacrifice handling, so trim tabs would be idle for rough water hook up if you dont lose to much speed. And i like my closed course racing.

rejet carbs plus FA's add some compression. Factory Pipe spec 2 and a XO prop and 85/88 nozzles. Plus some tunning.

Thank you very much Can i add WORX sponsens and trim tabs for better cornering? or will this slow me down to much? And what about the R&D Pro Series Exhaust kit?

I wouldnt recommend the FPP specII. this pipe likes to eat pistons if its not run on the ragged edge. Id go with a Rossier or Coffmans pipe...TDR you just wanted three types of ski or basically a full modded race boat. what do you like to do the most? jump waves? race people? bouy course? carving? pick one and some of us can help you pick the right setup
