RXT Sluggish Speed. SC washers?
So i have put 1 hour on my 06 RXT now. 38 total hours. Ordered Riva SC washers. the day before i got them my buddy and i pushed the envelope on it and i had the classic signs of bad washers. 5600rpms, 45mph, jolting, sluggish, etc. idled the ski back to the trailer. took of the SC, (didn't spin freely), washers look fine, will replace them today anyways(broke the special wrench for removing the nut, luckily i have a mill at work and made a new one). So if the washers were ok, doesn't appear to be any slipping, what would the cause be? I have noticed some salt build up and minor corrossion from past owner not cleaning very well inside the intake and exhaust hose to the SC, the wheel doesn't look as shiny as it should be(corrossion buildup?) Can ethanol in gas do this? Is the OEM air intake susceptible to water ingestion?(oil is not milkshakey). Anything to clean the corrossion up on the SC? I appreciate the help.

Plugs.......................they will go without warning. Had a couple skis just fall on their face lately, missing, etc.
Spark plugs 1st!

id do a compression test while they are out. and if you got an ngk dcpr8e the tip def unscrews

unscrewing the end broke the electrode-it was sealed together. apparently NGK makes two types of the same model#. just picked up 6 from the dealer and they are same part number but nipple unscrews on this one. Strange. gonna have to save the compression test for another day. too anxious to take her out.
