replaced wgs on 05 f12x still goes into limp mode at wot but not all the time..wtf!
so replaced the WGS with a new one, so we went out, still seems like its bogging out of the whole and not 100% but form whati understand it might be the turbo lag? all i know is that my 12f takes it out of the whole like a champ abut eventually the f12x passes me and if i stay on WOT to long it goes into F1. .... i thought selling both my seadoos and getting a honda for 4500 would get me a problem free ski but i guess not... if i stay off WOT then i can ride the ski fine, sometimes after riding around i can get on it and it wont throw the F1 , sometimes it jsut constantly goes on after a few seconds of being WOT...
any ideas guys?

Sounds like your waste gate on your turbo is frozen shut. It should move about a 1/4" if you put 15 PSI of air on it.

First you need to read the FI code to find out what is putting it into alarm. PWCTODAY has a Sticky at the top of the Honda Forum with how to pull/read the codes. The Honda is very reliable if you know how to maintain it.

You can manually operate the waste gate by gently pushing the waste gate open. It should open and close smoothly. Brace a rod a gently pry the valve open. If it doesn t move dont force but tap lightly with a small hammer. Solid sound plink means valve is stuck. Energy absorbing kinda dud means you broke it lose and it should now be able to pry back and forth. If you brace a rod against a bolt you can use another screwdriver or chisel to gentle open the valfve against the spring pressure,
