Polaris pro 785 thermostat
Before I start just want to say a big thankyou for all your help so far.
For those of you that don't know I've just bought a pro 785 with very little hours on it. It's hard to find anyone in the UK that will service work on Polaris so I'm doing it my self and enjoying it so far. Its keeping me out of trouble! Anyway took the stat apart tonight and need some help advice.
The stat looks dirty and clogged not to bad but looks like it needed some tlc.
When I took the stat off only the internal pop off and valve spring comes free. The thermostat seems to be stuck tight in place. Isd this normal or do I need to prise it out.
Also the gasket looks like it might need replacing see pics, this is going to be hard to find over here any other way of sealing it?
