    No spark

    i have a 1996 polaris sl900 i am getting intermittent spark when i pop the electrical box apart and check connections and start it with it apart it will pop right off but when i put it together thinking i fixed it i have no spark. What wires should i check? or what could it be

    also it has new plugs and brand new odyssey battery

    You mean it will start and run with the electrical box open, but not when it is closed up?

    yea but i got it figured out if i loosened the screws on the box it would have spark but when i tightened them it wouldn't so i took it apart and checked all connections and no pinched wires and now it runs good.
