Cool Upped date pictures of my double deck hydrolic jetski and shuttle craft trailer.

Just got back from our yearly jetski camp trip to Prineville lake in Oregon. I used my new trailer. I built last year and used over the summer. Then refined this year with upper deck arch hand rails and other modifacatios. Check out new photos of finished trailer here. http://s895.photobucket.com/albums/ac155/Chris7613/

thank's, a lot of work and trial runs to get it perfected. You should see the looks we get on the freeway and boat launch.....

Cliff, no upperdeck sway at all. it is rock solid. If you look at the pictures you will see the lower pivot pionts are over 10' wide. With a shaft that goes through the arm that has a bushing then enters the bushing that 10" wide. The upper pivot axel has the same type of bushing in arm and a 10 "bushing that is pressed into the upper axel. An 1" 1/8 high strength rod runs through the bushing connects the arms to the axels. This allows for no sway or movment on top at all. I can grob the upper deck and rock it back and forth the whole trailer moves.
