    Engine Removal Problems

This weekend I was all set to remove the engine from a 98 GTX that has been sitting in a friend's garage for several years. I removed every bolt that was needed to remove the engine from the hull except for one. There is one bolt on the underside of the manifold that is stripped. What can I do to remove the bolt? I was hoping to send the engine out to be rebuilt this week...

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated...

How difficult is it to actually remove once I have the tool? It is one of the bolts that connect the exhaust to the engine.

It is on the underside of the manifold, but located on the engine. This is a 720engine that we are takling about. I needed the socket extender to reach the bolt. It is in there pretty good and it is difficult to get any leverage on it.

If you drop the carbs I think that you can pull the whole engine and exhaust
