    Think my clutch has gone???

Help.... Out today and ski was doing well then it just cut to 5.5k rpm and no power or no noise from bov!

    Am I another clutch victim?

    Thanks Ian

Take your intake off and see if the SC wheel spins both ways.

I advise being towed back if you lose power people. I am one of the unfortunate ones who thought I would just drive back and my sprag was bad. Mine was the supercharger shaft breaking not the one-way. Had I not kept grinding away metal the whole way home I might have saved a motor pull and dis-assembly. My .02

If you have no way to check the clutch when it happens to you on the water, I would say yes, safest bet is to get a tow. If you can take the intake off real quick and can confirm it is in fact the clutch, I would take it super easy and just cruise straight home with just enough throttle to stay on plane. This is also assuming you don't hear any aweful noises coming from the supercharger. If just the clutch goes, it's crazy how much quieter the motor gets with no functioning supercharger.

ive had this happen to me and checked on the water and it was the BOV came off the power cooler and was making no boost so you could have a boost leak if not it would be the clutch

so lets hope somone comes out with a bullit proof clutch and sharft and its nice to our back pocket at the same time

I had to keep riding as I was about 30 mins off shore 10 miles! So no tow and no way to check.... I rode it hard to get in quick incase it stopped altogether...

    Thanks
