    Seat Dying?

    Anyone successfully dyed their seat?

I have the oh so beautiful reddish brown from the '99 XLL. Would like to go to black.

    Suggestions?

    Thanks!

    Jay

Yup, I have dyed my seats on both skis... It’s all in the prep.... Only had one issue and that’s when I let my little brother prep one of the seats. I would say get two cans of dye and some adhesion promoter. Sand the cover with like 320 to give it some tooth.... shoot with the adhesion promoter a couple coats and then hit it with the dye.... Should be good to go. Let them dry for a few days before you ride for best results
