    nozzle to accept riva rings

    has anyone done anything with the nozzle on the sho/fzr to accept differnt size rings?i was gunna buy the riva setup but theres gotta be a cheaper alternative

    i believe DUKE sold a modded gpr nozzle a while back, it accepted the interchangeable rings, shoot him a pm about it and let us know.

    You will need to tap the nozzle to accept the set screws to hold the nozzle rings in the nozzle. That's basically all Riva did besides closing off the Gay spray pisser hole and powdercoating the nozzle black. You use shorter bolts for the steering nozzle to attach to the Riva nozzle, but other than that, the nozzles are the same as stock.

    Skat wanted something like $380 to do it & you have to provide the nozzle. I said F that & waited for the Riva. After the GH discount it's the same price & you don't have to provide your own stock nozzle.

    wow thats steep, F that, mark does the riva nozzle come with the rings or you have to buy them seperate?

    The end of the Riva nozzle is machined to accept the ring...definately more work than tapping it for the set screws.

    It comes with 81,82 & 83 rings. They also have 80, 84, 85 & 86 available for ~$40 ea.

    Doh, you are right Mark. Dan, disregard my babble. I forgot about the ring fitting inside. Anyway, I like the Riva nozzle. I guess because I get to throw that 86 ring in and hold on!

    i ordered the riva setup from jerrys store seems its the way to go
