    gpr wont crank after rebuild

hey guys im fairly fustrated hear just did a complete rebuild and went to make sure everything turned over properly before putting the pipes on and nothing. i get one faint click then the mfd makes an annoying beeping noise and a red light flashes. then i get no more clicks out of it unless i disconnect and reconnect the battery. the starting system worked fine prior to the rebuild.(3 months ago) so what did i screw up on the install????

Will it turn over by hand if you take the plugs out?
