Ok, I am very happy with where my GPR is at right now and want some thoughts and feedback from you guys...Heres the list
Riva Power Filter w/ outerwear
Gutted air box (screens removed)
Impros modded dynafly 13/19
Riva Efi Controller 5-6-6-1 ( I think)
Riva Blue Free Flow
angle modded R&D Plate
intake hoses shortened, silencers removed
Flow rites in the hood, under the windshield holes dilled in storage box
Riva D plate with sensor removed, currently have 10K ohm resistor in
Coco tunnel reinforcment
I think thats everything
Top RPM in 80* temps: 7050
I was hoping to turn at least 7100

You need a 2.2 ohm @ 1/2 watt , not 10 ohm. The race filter is better but if you ride in surf or get water in the hull i would stick to the power filter. Your #4 (transfer) on the controller is low, move it up to 6 because the high speed circuit is coming in too soon. Have you played with the #3 (high speed) circuit? I would run it, watch your tach, start rich like on 7(just to be safe) then drop it to 6 if your rpm's come up, drop it again if its climbing. I like to run 3/4 tank fuel when tuning because the added weight of the fuel puts a load on the motor and it wants to burn a little bit more fuel. This way your safe when its on the buzzer. You have a good tach?

ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh thats better. You should be turning that 13/19 harder. Get your head milled!

hi Paul, our set is somewhat similiar,could you post pics of where you put your flow vents if your not too busy, I use mine for engine bay heat to be released from the back of the seat.

I would have kept the stock sound suppression on, you are giving up some rpm with the free flow tube. If you had a higher compression head it would be needed but without, it cost you top end.

Paul, I`m turning the same RPM in 85*+ heat, and I have a milled head, and I have the SS in... I didn`t notice any increase in RPM, just from the SS...
It was humid this morning and I barely got to 7080-7090... tach maxxed at 7107...
but>>> take the outerwear off the filter... after the next run, remove the FA and test your max rpm again...
this motor needs to breath, did you open the other side of the cowls? did you do the seat air mod?

now> I have the plate set at .934, 1200 grate, and OEM metal tabs at .060 and if a frog farts in front of the ski she becomes unhooked... but smooth water to ripple/lite chop she fly`s for what I have left in the ski...
