how many hours do u have on them?

i assume u got them out ok? just hold your hand or a box under the gear and slowly pull the gear off.

when you reinstall them, take some seadoo grease and grease the inside of the gear
    put first metal washer on
    then the greased gear
then just put each bearining one by one
i use a tip of a zip tie to help push the bearign in place
    make sure u got 40

i wouldnt reuse them i heard that you should replace them while you have them out, if you get new ones they come on a tape and u just wrap the tape around the shaft and peal it off carfully then slowly slide the gear over them. took me 15 seconds with the new ones. reusing them is a whole different story like rxp steve said use petrol jelly

Blazin: If I remember right- you have about 50 hrs. on your ski? If that's the case then I would re-use the bearings. After you put them in the gear and onto the shaft using grease or vaseline make sure to count them before installing the second washer and buttoning it all up.

Even though it's a bit harder, i always reuse the needle bearings.

im sending it to jerry b/c im sick of looking at it....but our problem was that we culdnt get the damn nut off the shaft(wow that really sounds vulgar haha)...anyways jerry brought a good thing to my attention....you need to heat the nut with a torch to melt the lock tite adhesive....taking the supercharger off was simple except the damn j-pipe lock....thanks to rxpblast
