    Drain plug check balls stuck??????

So my RXP's hull was filling with water today, and for the life of me I couldnt figure out what was going on, so I tilt it up on the trailer, and no water comes out, but there is like two inches of water in it. I look inside the drain plugs and I dont see the check balls, I got a flashlight and saw they are all the forward (both) WTF??? Two questions here, first off how or why did this happen, and second off how do I get them unstuck?

What would happen if I blew air into the outlet tubes in the nozzle? You almost sank today? I take it they still are not working 100% or you just had more water than the siphon could deal with? If the balls are stuck forward, then they wouldnt siphon water out right?
