1996 sl700 Motor mount installation question

I had 4 broken motor mounts. I remove them but my wife took a look at them and re-arranged them so i don't know where each one goes, now. Of course she got a spanking.

Anyway, I notice there are shims for each one. How do I go about trying to line up the engine with the jet pump now. Is there some kind of technique for us at home?

thanks for any help with the alignment issue. Got the spanking covered.

You will need to borrow or buy an alignment tool.

Normally when removing the engine you make note of how many shims are in each location, then put them back there
