Anybody run Amzoil in their Supercharged Sea Doo?

Anybody have problems running Amzoil Marine oil? Seems to run fine in my ski, but a friend says get that stuff out of there and put in Castrol GTX 10W-40W... your clutch must be slipping like crazy.

    Any thoughts?

I have been running Amsoil WCF 10W40 Marine since after break-in. 100+ hours. Also, been running a 2RUDE 80+ hours and brought the 2RUDE used, too. Still running the same clutch washers that came with it. Only problem one OEM SCer bearing started to failed about 50 hours on the 2RUDE.

When Jerry built my XCharger w/mini rude I asked him what he runs in his own ski's. Amsoil. I've spent alot of money on my RXT and ride it hard every time I'm out. Don't mind spending a little more $$ for my oil. Run it in the families GTI-SE also.

Been running Amsoil for 30+ hours now. No issues and no metal flakes in the folds of my oil filter any more since I switched.

I run Amsoil in both my 06 RXT and my brothers 06 GTX SC. This season has been the first season of using it. I have had 20+ hours of use and he only logged around 8 or so (a sin...). I haven't seen any difference but chose to run Amsoil based on everyone's opinion of it here on this forum. People here ride harder than I do so I know it will handle what I do.

Yes, you are reading correctly! I've been using Amsoil for over 15 years in all my vehicles. Been using Amsoil WCF 10w-40 in all my Seadoo's since the 10 hour change. Jerry rebuilt my 2005 GTX SC and commented how good it looked after 100 hours. Your friend is mistaken on this subject!
