    engine blown.. what now?

    working on an rxt for a friend who blew his engine, finished pulling the engine down yesterday to find that the piston was definately gone (not surprised because it blew the bottom off the spark plug). surprisingly the cylinder walls werent damaged, but it is cracked....any thought of what to do next?

    not any fixes for a cracked block besides a new block that i know of.

    I guess it depends on how much damage you have and how fast you can get replacement parts. Maybe you can contact someone on the forum in your area who can help you rebuild it. At this time of the year, just getting all the parts together for a reasonable cost can be challenging. Personally, I wouldn't buy anything from this company unless I absolutely had to; but this is an option:
