Mmmm if its siezed you can unsieze it but its life will be shorter, how much is a guess. You say the pulley is working, pull the inlet and outlet pipes off, if the pulley spins freely and the rotors do not move you have snapped the pulley drive shaft, starting to be more common than I would like pos sc. If the pulley wont turn, you will be able to see into the rotors and should be able to see the salt build up that is blocking it. Usually soaking the rotors in wd40 or crc for a few days will free it up, get some pics......

sorry but I have to disagree there.

i has seen skiies run in REC seupt and run for season after season.........With a Vortech
Dawson used to rec ride his 380 hp Vortec 15f on pump fuel here downunder ..
Hell all the cars I have converted are daily drivers........

all comes down to the cost ....If you are prepared to spend it ...it WILL ride great and be reliable if done correctly

I'm afraid you've just given me a diagnosis for my '09 260LX (33hrs). The belt desinigrated yesterday, and took the pulley with it. The pulley is hanging on the the front flange by what is left of the retaining bolts. I can turn the pulley and flange, but it turns Very freely with no resistance. What is next step??
