    Msx impeller

The ride on my new 03 msx 140 is nice but the nose dives down alot. I'm topping of at 6700 rpm and about 62mph. I've been told a 6 wedge would help with that. Any recomendations on an impeller that would help gain a little more top end speed? Thanks

you have enough tube sticking into the hull where your inlet hose connects just move the hose up and resilicone the tube and call it good to go

Thanks for the info, I think I'm gonna get that prop on ebay if it's still there.

The 2004 version of the MSX ride plate will help lift the nose higher.

You may not need as much wedge; six degrees or even five may be optimal with the 2004 MSX ride plate.

Is that 62mph reading from a GPS, or just the built-in speedometer? GPS is the only accurate way to measure speed.

You can find more MSX 140 speed options in the links below

That auction lists the part number as 5132222.

My impeller charts don't even mention that part number, but the online Polaris Industries parts look-up says it was used for the 1999 Genesis.
Another case of incorrect part numbers in the impeller charts?

1999 Genesis (carb and FFI) impeller in my chart is 51312044 (7.0 Mod, Slim, overlay)

Which Polaris impeller part number is the one you have heard works well in the MSX 140?
