How much over full was the oil? Is your coolant level still the same as it always was? Have you taken on water in the hull, maybe from being upside down or something? First you need to know where the water in the motor came from.

What he said.....+ Then prepare to change the oil & filter at least 3-4 times and make sure it is not milky anymore.....

Are you talking about where the drive shaft goes into the motor? Water will always seem to find its way into the hull. But, if you are saying that oil is coming from the prop shaft area (where I mentioned above) it sounds like your PTO housing may not be where it should be which would allow a very low water level in the hull to enter the motor this way as well as oil to come out the same way. Has your drive shaft been removed recently? If so, make sure everything is flush under the rubber flap that covers this area. If you can get a hold of a shop manual, you will get a very good idea of what I am talking about. Go to the "drive shaft removal" area.
