Anyone got an answer?
What would cause the leading edge of a prop to reshape itself evenly on all 3 blades with a hook on the outer edge? This prop has about 120 hours on it on a gpr with all the goodies minus porting. The pic sux and ill try to get better ones tomorrow. Im baffled.

The pump looked fine. The wear ring wasnt that bad either. Had i not put the prop in the boat myself i woul have thought it was someones experiment.

Looks like general wear to me. The leading edge of the prop will wear as it goes through the water. Just looks like that very front edge closest to the hub is cutting through most of the water (higher velocity) where that far edge not so much.
Looks like Chico has gotten his money's worth out of that prop for sure.
