I need oil lines and clamps

    2002 GP1200R...88 hrs...

I have searched until I'm blue in the face..I have oil in the hull and I'm going
to replace the oil lines and clamps...

What exact clamp do I need?
Is this the right company? http://www.mcmaster.com
If so can you give me the part number?

    What OIL LINE??

    (still thinking pre mix

    EDIT....9 Aug 2010

I am going PRE MIX....Sorry for the confusion on my part!!

I think I have the fuel lines from a post by Pale Rider (Andy) in June...now I need the clamps....

PS: I think I over filled the ski with oil ..I think I added to much oil and a fair amount flowed into the hull this weekend....I checked the pistons today and all three moved up and down...all three plugs looked good....I took her for a ride today and all is good...I cleaned up the mess and the ski is in the garage awaiting the fuel lines...."O" Plate will be installed tomorrow.....

Going through this once is enough!! Can't imagine what it is like to lose a piston

EDIT 10 Aug 2010:I have gone PRE MIX.....I found 2 oils lines off at the carbs

    See post and pix later!

    Thanks
    Bill

if your going to pre-mix, then you don`t need oil lines and clamps... you would remove the oil pump, lines, and cap off the ports on the motor/carbs...

    What he said /\/\

I zip tied fuel line that I heated and crimped to block off the oil ports on the carbs. Anything that is seals will work.

PR.....yea...I awoke about 4am and realized that I had asked a question with no answer...

I want the ease of injection but the safety of pre-mix....

I looked in the hull yesterday after riding and said..."Oh shoot!!"

you also need the tool to clamp them. its around 20 bucks i believe
I`m pretty sure he said he was going premix...

Bill, I see you have an 02 1200, carb`d ski... you can view various size hoses at mcmaster. or go with new OEM from boats.net

in my 1300 I used the tygon from pump to manifolds, but new OEM hoses for suction, vent/return and bleed line.
I have also seen people use hose from www.fastflowfuellines.com
clamp sizing is important in which whatever hose you use... there are many variations...

The original post stated that he was going to convert to premix. I couldn't figure out why he was going to replace the lines and do that. If you read his first post you will notice that it has been edited.
