    Question Exhaust question??

Just curiosity . I've seen some pics off SeaDoo GSX models specially with 787 carb engines with two exhaust holes on rear . What for? More power or just a cosmetic improve . ?

    thanks for reading.

looks I would assume...There is no power gain from duals.

the best it's 1 pipe each cylinder give more power and more hp!class 800 cc polaris all wins with triple pipe (pro 785) and yamaha or kawaski win with 1 pipe each cylinder for other class .
Each pipe by cylinder warn up, you need run lower cranking compression, the team race polaris triple pipe run with around with 185 psi!!!but the polaris pro 785 compression stock it 135 lbs and the(stock) polaris bottom end eat 800cc and 951 (stock) easy!
but i never understand why these twins pipe for sea-doo 647cc 720cc 787cc or 951 cc wasn't equipped water injection msd I!all twins pipe sea-doo is dry pipe = no more acceleration that one single pipe!
these twins pipe make more horespower but make less torque! the torque for watercraft it's very important for best bottom end!
I using these twins pipe (PSI) on my xp800 since 5 years! the best modication that made on my twins exhaust was installed one water injection msd !
seriouly ,the water injection give approximately 25 horsepower easy(4500 rpm betteween 5000 rpm),these pipe is more agressif, more bottom end
(acceleration), and great holeshot !I using swicht ON-OFF on my MSD water injection ,and these twins pipe feel more aggressive when my swicht is ON (WET pipe)and my swicht it OFF (DRY pipe)these twins pipe feel less strong !!
i had race against a xpldt and I am more quickly (stock)with my combo!(air filter, twins pipe EWCI , carburateur true 40 mm and primer kit ,stock motor)
but the price it very too high for twins (1250$$)VS single pipe! (650$$)
installed a twins pipe it nightmare!
but i like my set twins pipe (with EWCI) on my sea-doo 800 cc

I know what that is...its just that I dont understand how you do not know easy things such as "bottom end" but know about exhaust systems and ECWI's
