Hi, nice to hear there is another conversion ski in Ontario. I currently have a Seadoo pump on my GPR-SHO. I wasn't happy with the adapters that were available so I went ahead and designed and made my own.

    To do this I made

    1) a hardened steel driveshaft adapter that allows a Yamaha driveshaft to be converted into a driveshaft that can be used with the Seadoo pump

    2) an aluminum pump adapter/spacer that allows the Seadoo pump to be bolted to a Yamaha hull

    3) an aluminum impeller cone that can be used with the Solas seadoo impeller and also matches up to the diameter of the Yamaha driveshaft

It would be pretty easy for me to copy these parts and make an additional set if you were interested in doing this as well.

It is on my ski right now, the next time it is off I'll take some pictures.

It is a sweet set-up. I made a bunch of improvements over previous adapters that were made.

First off I didn't want to have to move any of the OEM cable positions so with my design you don't need to do that. It uses all of the stock cables and the stock Yamaha trim control.

I did the best I could at keeping the weight down.

It works with all of the rideplates including the very fast Riva GP1200R plate.

It doesn't require any pump wedges.
