Huh? I must not be thinking of the same rectifier you are?

Next to the oil seperator. The watercooled block
Has the harness with a red and black plug and a the 3 green wire plug that goes to the stator.

Could I be measuring incorrectly?
Even my dad says from the symptoms, my issues sound like a fuel issue.

I am not understanding your issue at all. I didn't think there were any wires coming off the rectifier regulator. Just hoses. I need to look at my ski when I get home.
Where are you even getting these errors? In the Motec?

MoTec isn't telling me anything is wrong beyond maybe a little lean AFR. Which lead me to start testing sensors and other devices MoTec doesn't necessarily see like the rectifier and fuel pump (since I still have no FP sensor).
The procedure for measuring the rectifier and its expected values are in the service manual (page 7-18 in my manual).
This has been going on too long and I have been looking at timing and the motor. It just acts too fubar'd and I need to start looking somewhere else since mechanically the motor seems just fine.
Ever since I tried to use the R&D fuel pump I had issues so I have wondered if there is a connector/wiring issue there. That's why I wanted the FP sensor so bad for logging to try to verify it one way or another.

Is there any way to swap parts from another ski to test?

Dave, have you talked to Glen @ R&D? I know they have had to chase down voltage issues to the fuel pump before and it was a total pain in the arse. I think it ended up being something in the wiring harness. Maybe give him a call and see what he thinks. I haven't heard of anyone having rectifier issues, but if anyone has, they would know.

Dave that looks extremely similar to the issue R&D had with one of their boats. I think Glen said it had something to do with them having the fuel pump in and out, and trying different ones. They chased the issue round and round and found the voltage to the fuel pump to be way out of wack. They slapped in a new wiring harness and it cured it. Call Glen tomorrow and see if he can expand on this at all.
That DEFINITELY should not be happening. I feel bad for you buddy. Just one thing after another.
