Dude, you gonna need some tools to accomplish this. Go to the Riva site and look up the install instructions for the pump extention and youll get an idea of how it's done. Kinda complex to write all that up on the forum. If you get your hands on a shop manual it will tell you in detail how to do, scale of one to ten maybe a 6.

its easy if your bellow isn't rusted stuck on the shaft.
take the pump off and put a socket inside where the splines are
reinstall pump but DO NOT tighten all the way down just slightly snug. this holds the driveshaft in a more forward position.
you pull back on the bellow/boot/carbon ring.
have a buddy push the c-clip off.
take the pump back off and pull the driveshaft out
if the driveshaft is all rusted it's gonna take some work and the actual tool will make it a lot easyier
this is basically all there is to it. i'm quite sure you have some mechanical knowledge so you should be able to figure it out. just make sure you don't 1. overtighten the pump with the socket in it and 2. forget to take that socket back out of there when your done
